Returns Policy

At Shayla Iyana Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Each order is carefully prepared, professionally packaged, and goes through a rigorous inspection process to ensure you receive the best possible product. All hair orders are thoroughly checked before shipping to guarantee your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchange

If you’re unhappy with the color or texture of your purchase, we offer a one-time exchange. You can request a prepaid label to return your hair, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request based on our current inventory. Should you remain unsatisfied with the exchanged item, any future exchanges will be at your expense. Please keep in mind that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Shipping

We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected and destination. Shayla Iyana Hair is not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues once the package has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email.
