For a full head, we recommend using 3 bundles for lengths between 16-24 inches. If you’re going for lengths of 26 inches or longer, 4 bundles are suggested for fuller coverage.
Yes, Shayla Iyana Hair can be bleached or dyed! Our extensions are made from 100% unprocessed raw human hair, making them suitable for color treatments. However, to maintain the health of bleached or dyed hair, it’s important to keep it well-conditioned and moisturized to prevent dryness.
With proper care, our raw hair can last 3-4 years. The key to longevity is maintaining the hair just like you would your natural hair—gentle care leads to long-lasting extensions.
Minimal shedding is normal, but our hair is reinforced with machine wefting to reduce shedding to almost none. You might notice a few strands during detangling or styling, but nothing excessive or concerning.
o keep your Shayla Iyana Hair looking its best, we recommend shampooing and conditioning every few weeks. Avoid using products that contain sulfates, as they can damage the hair. Opt for water-based products for added moisture and hydration.

Orders & Shipping

Processing time is typically up to 3 days. If an order is placed over the weekend, please allow up to 5 days. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email. You can also inquire about your order status anytime by contacting our customer service at shopshaylaiyana@gmail.com.
Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, with most orders arriving within 5 days if placed during the week.
A refund was issued because your billing and shipping address could not be confirmed. Refunds are sent to your original method of payment. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
