SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected and destination. Shayla Iyana Hair is not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues once the package has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email.
Important Note on Payment Processing Times:
Depending on your selected payment method, your processing time may begin after your payment clears. Here's what to expect:
- AfterPay: 3 business days to process
- Klarna: 3 business days to process
- ShopPay: 2 business days to process
- PayPal: Normal processing time
